Having never done anything like this before I wasn't sure what to expect but I knew I needed to do this for me. I have enjoyed this weekend more than I thought possible. I promised myself I would try everything which I did. Even if it felt awkward or embarassing to start with, soon all my inhibitions went. For me the most beneficial activity was the sound therapy. I have never experienced so many emotions through music.
I loved the food, the activities, the house, but most of all I loved all the people we were with. Everyone made it a perfect weekend.
Thank you so much to MSCM for making me realise and feel it's ok to want to get away on my own and be me agan without feeling guilty. You have all given me more than you could ever know.

Thank you Lynn, Lucy and Jacqui for such a lovely weekend.
Not knowing anyone when I arrived I felt at home and at ease with everyone.
All that I have learnt from the chakras, crystals and sound healing will stay with me fore a very long time.
I arrived feeling very tired and I am going home mentally refreshed and relaxed. I have made new friends and learnt how to let go more than I thought I ever would.
Thank you for inviting me, for knowing that this is just what I needed.

What can I say? It was just wonderful - empowering, thought provoking, spiritually refreshing AND I found my tribe which is the most heart-warming gift I could have asked for.
What were the highlights?
Each one was a highlight.
- The meditations were calming and needed
- The chakra dancing was so much fun I now want to do more
- The crystal session was an eye-opener and life changer
and a real plus was the people factor. The facilitators were warm, caring and empowering human beings that I want to see more. The participants a new bunch of friends

My first retreat has been a delight. The venue has a homely, quirky, nurturing environment with wonderful hospitality. The grounds are a delight and easy to access.
As for the retreat itself, the teachers have boundless empathy, knowledge and acceptance and are very welcoming and embracing.
It’s an organic weekend with structure but allows each individual to feel safe and secure to open up and embrace the activities. I would be delighted to return again

Thank you for such a wonderful nurturing retreat. Lots of restoration, lots of release! We were so lucky to have the most amazing group of people to share this experience with, it made it all so special. The house, grounds and community around us enhanced the magical moments, as did the arrival of Lola the dog! Delicious food, lots of giggles and beautiul views. Thank you to Lynn & Lucy for all your wonderful organisation. And to Helen and Sarah for their mindfulness/treatments. It has all been amazing. We don't want to leave! Favourite moments - I really can't choose! It was lovely that we could access all elements at our own pace, with no judgement. A truly safe space.

Excellent weekend at Braziers Park. I resonated with so much of what we discussed. Had new experiences, made new friends, hopefully for life, had many laughs + tears throughout the three days. I enjoyed floating away during the meditations, Sound Bath and drumming. Lovely treatment by Sara, I managed to relax and drift away. Lovely hosts and excellent food provided by the volunteers at Braziers Park - lovely scenery and grounds. My favourite part was connecting with my tree in the woodland. Beautiful experience. What an amazing weekend.
Loved how comfortable and safe I felt right from the start.
Everyone has been so friendly.
Great that we were able to receive a treatment.
I've never worked with crystals so that was so interesting and amazing how I felt a connection with them.
The Sound Bath was an amazing experience and a lovely thing to do on the last night.
Campfire was so much fun!
Food was lovely!
Would love to come back again!
The biggest thing I will take away from this is to meditate every day. It's opened my mind on how to do this lots of different ways.

A wonderful weekend retreat. I particularly enjoyed the talks from Lucy on crystals + chakras, as well as the talk from Helen (lots of new ideas + concepts to look into). The venue is perfect + I loved the bonfire + the Sound Bath!
