When you arrive

If coming by car, pull up outside in the dedicated parking space and drop off your equipment and then park in the nearby car park (see details below).

How to get there

Our training room is within the grounds of Mount Vernon Hospital which is located on the A404 in Northwood, Middlesex. Mount Vernon Hospital is well signposted on all major routes.

By car

From the M25 exit at Junction 18 (A404), then follow signs for Rickmansworth and then Northwood.

From the West, take the M40 exit at Junction 1 (A412), then follow signs for Denham, then Harefield and then Northwood.

From London, take the A40 to the Ruislip turn off (A4180) and follow signs for Ruislip and then Northwood.

Enter the hospital site from the Rickmansworth Road, marked Gate 1. Follow the road for 200 yards – mind the speed bumps! The Car Park you need is on your left.

Parking

You are not allowed to park outside the front of the Post Graduate Medical Centre however you may wish to drop off your bags and equipment before you park your car. If you wish to park onsite, please park in Car Park A. The hospital car parks are open 24 hours a day with a fixed charge. This is a pay and display car park and is checked regularly by the traffic attendants. The daily rate is £12 per day and the machine only takes change.

For FREE parking we suggest that, as there are no parking restrictions on some of the nearby residential roads just outside the hospital grounds, you allow enough time to drop your bags off, park your car and walk back up to the Post Graduate Centre.
