I believe massage is best delivered in a person’s home where they have control over their environment; it’s familiar and convenient. I have over 10 years of massage experience, using the many skills I have learned during that time. This includes deep tissue techniques, Sports massage, Indian Head Massage and Pregnancy massage. I have a degree in physiotherapy which provides a great background understanding of the muscles and other body systems; also injuries and long term conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease or Multiple Sclerosis.
I volunteer weekly massaging at St Luke’s hospice in Harrow, which is very rewarding and means I have DBS clearance.
