Mindfulness meditation gives us a time in our lives when we can holt judgment and let our natural curiosity unfold about the workings of the mind, approaching our experience with warmth, understanding and kindness—to ourselves and to others.
All are welcome to this beautiful meditation evening with Esther. Suitable for all levels of experience. Ideal for absolute beginners and those who struggle to meditate alone. Join us for a single session or come once a month. No two sessions will be the same.

Mats to lie on will be provided, however please bring with you a blanket and pillow to enhance your comfort whilst lying down.
You may choose to sit on a chair during the meditation rather than lie down if you wish
