Massage Supporting Menopause

Massage Supporting Menopause

Every woman will experience Peri menopause/Menopause uniquely and every one of us will have varying symptoms that can affect our everyday wellbeing, and the people around us. The menopause is not an illness but is rather a natural gradual process whereby a woman’s body moves out of childbearing years and aims to head into a liberated and more relaxed phase of life. The transition through peri menopause to menopause and beyond can be a very difficult one.

Nurturing Massage working on the Parasympathetic Nervous System, relaxing and calming the mind, body and soul, can help to reduce the many symptoms women suffer from.

More Information

The workshop will be fifty percent practical in content and as a result, you will need appropriate clinic workwear for the duration of the course. This is very much a hands-on day therefore allowing sufficient time to practice and perform the techniques under the guidance of the tutor. During the course, you will partner up with another therapist and will get the chance to perform the techniques taught as well as being the recipient. This is because understanding what the techniques should feel like is an invaluable tool for you as a therapist.
