Anyone can drum and we all have an inbuilt sense of rhythm. Drumming in a group is great fun, it’s easy and more importantly it is good for you. These evenings are designed to help us unwind, release daily stress and revitalise us all at the same time through some simple drumming.

Our circle is very much a lovely, friendly and inclusive group where we bathe in the rhythm of the drum and drum for connection, for healing and to send healing to others.

Each session is different and beautiful in its own way. You will make new friends, meet like minded souls and share a unique connection. There will also be an opportunity to socialise afterwards.

Venue – 136 Vaughan Road, West Harrow, HA1 4ED

You will be looked after by our two lovely facilitators – Lucy Bush and Jacqui Dark

• Open to anyone – age 16+
• Suitable for beginners
• No previous knowledge required
• Small group guaranteed
• Booking essential

If you can, please bring your own drum if you have one and/or a shaker. We do have some spare available for you to borrow.
