This advanced course will build on the learning from the MSCM Aromatic Reflexology course and extend your knowledge and skills in using essential oils safely and effectively in reflexology.

Once you start using essential oils, a whole new fragrant therapeutic world opens up to you. Having mastered the basics on the Aromatic Reflexology workshop you can expand your knowledge and understanding with Aromatic Reflexology Part II.

Join us for a delightful aromatic day of discovery and reflexology application.

During this workshop we will cover:

• Experiential classroom study of an additional six essential oils to include

• Physical, emotional, spiritual and mental properties.
• Extraction method
• Part of plant used
• Aromatic characteristics
• Blending Note
• Safety and contraindications and possible reactions – when not to use

• Additional blends for use with clients

• Use of Hydrolates with reflexology

• Review of Practical techniques – focussing a specific oil to a reflex area

• Massage techniques to the foot and lower leg

• Roller balls and specific oil application to reflex areas

• Other methods of application – footbath creation – compresses – room sprays – diffusers

• Using essential oils to enhance your meditation practice

This one-day workshop is designed as an advanced workshop only open to those who have attended the MSCM Aromatic Reflexology workshop. It is specifically for those who wish to build upon their existing knowledge and experience and take their learning further.
