This for me was an absolutely fantastic course. The teaching quality, the notes we were furnished and the amount of knowledge which Margraet passed on was absolutley incredible. I cannot praise it enough. I have been on many, many courses in my life and this course was one of the best!

Surpassed expectations. Margaret is a fount of knowledge and she has made the modules and information come alive.

Inspirational course - have so many ideas going through my head. Really good introduction to new natural ingredients and methods. Full on and intensive, definitely no falling asleep in class! Delivery of course good balance of teacher - students - practical - theory.
