I am a STOTT PILATES® Certified instructor and I undertake regular professional development to ensure I provide my clients with the best Pilates experience possible.
I am a Pilates Instructor Associate member of The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA)
I also hold the Postgraduate Pilates Certificate: Integrating the Pilates Method for Long Term Medical Conditions
